Hey. Wake can be scary team.

Off topic, but a semi intersting fact is that a famous Demon Deacon alumnus named Donald Fagan mentioned the Crimson Tide in a hit song back in the 70's, with his band "Steely Dan" in the song "Deacon Blues".
quote:

The song was largely written at Fagen's house in Malibu and was prompted by his observation that "if a college football team like the University of Alabama could have a grandiose name like the 'Crimson Tide' the nerds and losers should be entitled to a grandiose name as well.

and here is the lyric
quote:

They got a name for the winners in the world
I, I want a name when I lose
They call Alabama the Crimson Tide
Call me Deacon Blues

LSU versus the Noles might be one of the 10 most important games of that weekend, but of September? I’m not so sure.

We also don't know if A&M will be all that good. Still a lot of question marks on the team.

LSU should destroy FSU. Norvell couldn't even beat an interim HC after getting spotted 3 turnovers by Emory Jones.

I think Utah/Florida is going to be a really good matchup week 1

I think Florida State-LSU is a fun matchup but not really an "important game" as far as the national landscape goes. Both teams will be pretty meh in 2022 my same thought about Auburn / Penn State

And aTm v Miami, though it would be absolutely hilarious if Miami won.

Florida-Tennessee would seem a bit more intriguing if the Gators weren’t already going to be 0-1 in conference play by then.

Clemson/Wake #2?

I mean Wake brings almost everyone back from a top 15 team last year and will be ranked to start the year. shite like UF/UT is on there and that’s going to be at least one unranked team.
