Power Index

Even with a win, the remaining games are not a given for either team.

The potential is high that neither makes the playoffs, or wins the conference. Alabama is 50/50 on the playoffs with an 8% chance of winning the conference. LSU at 21% with only a 5% chance of a conference championship.

The thrill is gone . . . at least for this year.

The winner will be heavily favored in their remaining three games and a near Playoff lock. So you’re wrong

Both teams still have everything to play for. Both teams are out with a loss. No idea what the frick you're talking about.

Sorry Bama has 2 losses headed into November for the first time since 2007. Welcome back to the real world jackasses.

It’s a single game elimination game played at night between two schools who don’t like each other at one of the best venues in CFB with a coin toss line.

If that’s not for you maybe you need a different sport?

Hey dumbass

If either team wins out, they’re in the playoffs

One problem… Bama is definitely not winning out

There's a very good chance that you are already eliminated Gump.

I think the national media views the SEC as overrated this year or at least that's the narrative that's setting in.

One look at the Heisman race should tell you that. It's borderline criminal that Dylan Sampson isn't near top of the list btw.

So as a Vol, i view UGA as a must win game.

Just counting on any two loss SEC team to make it is not looking too great right now.

Don’t feel too bad. A lot of people thought Mizzou v. OU next week was going to be one of the SEC’s most anticipated matchups of the year.

A 10-2 Bama team with wins over UGA and LSU is in the playoffs.

According to ESPN Bama would have a 97% chance to make the playoffs in that scenario and a 60% chance to host the game.

Alabama controls their own destiny. If they win out, they will almost certainly be ranked in the top 10 and make the playoffs.

Others are right, and it sucks to say, but many Alabama fans are the most spoiled brats of college football.
