Media Days should stay in Atlanta. 0 reason not to keep it there after the huge success it was. I think Nashville could see the same but Birmingham is a big mistake as usual.

Wouldn't mind it being in Dallas for a year either seeing how that goes.

Things like SEC Media Days are big deals for cities like Birmingham and Nashville. Should stay in lil' places like that.

Nashville ain't little anymore

Also the city of Atlanta embraced it better then I saw it at Birmingham. A lot more fanfare for the average SEC Fan then just a media suck up party

It's a fun city that has grown a lot but it's not even 2 million people in the metro. It'll be good for media days.

Yea, Atlanta does conventions and tourism and sporting events and giant things like this as well as anyone in the world. Still, it wasn't a huge deal in the city like it is in a lot of other, smaller cities in the South. Nobody really cared that it was here. It's a huge deal in Birmingham and would be a big deal in Nashville.

Atlanta is almost too big for Media Days and tbh, Nashville is growing so fast that it won't be long until it's too big for Media Days but for now it's a pretty perfect location for the event.

Media Days are actually pretty pointless.

Lions do not concern themselves with the opinions of sheep.

I'm sure there are some Indianapolis or Cincinnati folks you can go chirp with. Maybe Jacksonville?

It doesn't really matter where it is.

Fans don't go to Media Days, except for some of those strange Alabama people. Its impact on the local economy is no different than any other industry conference that is held in a hotel ballroom.

It is a week where all our local sportstalk radio hosts and bloggers get together and have a big circlejerk.
