why? To'o To'o was a freshman all-american in 2019 and All-SEC last year at Tennessee. Will Anderson was a freshman all-american last year and finished 3rd in the SEC in sacks and TFL. Harris is the only somewhat questionable pick IMO. All the other All-SEC LBs from last year are in the NFL now.

If you do yards per game, Burks and Boutte are ahead of Metchie. Easy to cherry pick when you play more games than any team in the SEC and you pass more than everyone per game apart from Florida.

I personally probably wouldn't have Metchie on 1st team but it still has merit. Preseason All-SEC teams don't even matter so no reason about getting worked up about them
