A&M to high. Should start out unranked have to prove they are team not bent on losing 4 or 5 games a year.

I think it made sense with them being ranked 13 with the schedule they were originally supposed to have. But getting rid of their OOC games and adding likely two of the stronger teams in the East, yeah #13 is probably shooting a bit high here. But at the end of the day, preseason polls are pretty worthless.

Honestly I’m surprised LSU is even in the Top 5. You guys lost a ton. That’s usually what happens when you win a championship

Forever salty.

Anyone who has taken an in depth look knows LSU will probably be a 3 or 4 loss team this year.

Returning Production:

Offense
LSU: 30%
Georgia: 51%

Defense
LSU: 54%
Georgia: 80%

You guys are 126th in the FBS in returning production

Just be happy you won a championship and realize you don’t have a shot at another for a couple years.

UGA has 21% more offense and 26% more defense, but there’s still a gap because 37 is 270% more than 10

Yep. We were most overrated in the 2010-2015 years. Always started off in the top 10 and usually finished unranked.

Its always fun watching Georgia ranked so high only to end the season with sour notes

Rank them #1 for the laughs I say

Who's butthurt? UGA fans might be, but if anything I think the coaches were very generous to LSU in this ranking.

That has nothing to do with UGA being overrated as per usual, however.

Diddlydawg7: Provides excellent stats and info, backing up his argument for why LSU will in all likelihood not be good this year.
