LSU - bring back 3 that were expected to go pro and add a recruiting class that was not hit hard by the draft especially on the mound

Ark - young core with Martin and Kjerstad and bring some quality arms back

Miss St - lineup will be strong and a year older and how their pitching evolves will be key, draft class got hit hard especially on the mound

JT Ginn (drafted first round by dodgers) still hasn't signed and looking like a toss up if he will. Would be huge.

We lose Knight, Murphy, and now maybe Campbell. I haven't heard anything on Loseke as he was our top reliever. Reindl is gone from what I've heard.

Cronin is back, so that's a plus. Bonnin and Ramage return. We are in serious need for more lefties in the pen though.

Basically, replacing our whole weekend rotation and maybe our top two relievers. I do agree that we have a good returning core in the lineup. Also, there is some pitential with Cole Turney relacing Eric Cole in RF. Also maybe getting Jordan Macfarland back at 1B. He has much better offensive potential than Jared Gates, but is weaker defensively. and replacing Grant Koch at C with Casey Opitz. He has the same potential defensively as Koch, not sure too much offensively. After that, it gets kind of scarce.

We'll be heavily relying on freshmen and a couple of JC guys.

LSU has to be a top 3 national favorite for 2019, imo.

Who does Vandy lose? They could be a threat next year as well

I think Vandy and LSU will be the favorites for each division.

This league, man. We are so spoiled

Such an embarrassment of riches when it comes to athletics

Vandy returning all 3 weekend starters, 8 of 9 position players and adding #1 recruiting class. Anything less than Omaha would be a big disappointment.

I would think that Auburn would be in the mix in the West as well.

If we hit on 1 or 2 of the 4 guys coming back from Tommy John, we’ll be a force.

Florida has some serious reloading to do. We lose our top 2 weekend starters, 4 of our best bats and maybe our closer. Lot’s of talent, lacking in the experience department, especially on the rubber. I think we take a step back.

We may take a step back, but I think we are in the mix by the end of the season. Lots of young talent.

Agree, Talent won’t be an issue. Just so many young arms that you don’t know how they develop. Leftwich, Dyson, Mace all have Friday night potential. Byrne coming back and starting for us this year would be huge. He’s got a number he would go pro for. We’re also going to have to hit on a couple lower rated guys, the Draft torched our Freshman class.

I would love to agree, but I think that next year will be similar to this one. Could be a year away, one more recruiting class, and some young pitchers gaining experience from Omaha. Hope you're right, and I am wrong.

Vandy looks to be loaded
Fla will be young with some big shoes to fill but they usually aren't lacking for talent
