2017 big 5 sports; SEC dominance.

College Football:
-both teams in NC (UGA, Bama)
-finished with 5 of top 19 teams (4 from West; Bama, Auburn, State, LSU and 1 from East in UGA... step it up East siders)
Men’s College Basketball:
-3 teams in Elite 8 (South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky... I know there are no divisions in basketball but bravo to Eastern teams, step it up west siders)
Baseball:
-Both teams in NC (Florida and LSU)
-6 of 16 teams in Super Regionals (UF, LSU, MSU, Vandy, A&M, and Kentucky; 3 East and 3 West)
Women’s Basketball:
-Both teams in NC (USC and MSU)
Softball:
-1 team in NC (UF who finished runner up)
-8 of 16 teams in Super regionals (UF, Tenn, Bama, A&M, LSU, Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Auburn)
To sum it up:
-SEC had 7 of 10 NC appearance teams.
-Those 7 teams came from 6 different schools; UGA, Bama, LSU, UF(x2), MSU & USC.
-Only 2 of 14 SEC schools did not have a team finish with a result worthy of notice in the big 5 sports, Arkansas and Mizzou (although Arkansas did make it to the Round of 32 in MBK, so really only Mizzou sucks, but what’s new?)
-UF has a great athletic year. Elite 8 in MBK, NC runners up in Softball and National Champs in Baseball.
A few SEC New Years resolutions as we head into 2018:
-Some SEC east teams outside of UGA need to decide if they have a pulse or not in football, looking at you UF, Tenn(lol), etc.
-Some SEC West teams need to decide if they have a pulse or not in Men’s Basketball.
-Better postseason play from the Softball powers.
-Mizzou needs to try not to suck dong at such a frequent pace. Not sure if slow blows are allowed in their safe space, though.

Well I will give a thumbs up to USCe in football as they beat Michigan in their bowl game. That is worth an atta Boy any day of the week.

Only degenerates like yourself care about being a ‘final-x’ team remaining in a field instead of championships, I guess that’s because you have 0. Mizzou doesn’t either but the difference is South Carolina is a historical perennial bottom feeder in both football and basketball while Mizzou is not.
Meanwhile we have State fans acting like they’re someone because of a women’s sport, just LOL.

Dunno if anyone has told you but you have to get to the final four to play for a championship lol
