Y'all still played for a natty despite having 2 losses and want to call other teams lucky?

Good teams make their own luck. I'm sure LSU had plenty of wins that others would call lucky. I know Auburn fans would consider our win this past season lucky. Luck is part of the game sometimes.

Pretty sure that was Michigan .... not state. Oh,me Air, you mean State upsetting Michigan. Yeah, you’re right. I never thought of that before come to think of it.

I wouldn’t call the 2013 IB luck. The DSOR that year was however.

Why is an incomplete pass on your list?

exactly, that was just a bad coaching decision by Saban.

That was in '07, so it doesn't count for this topic.

Remember last season when Notre Dame somehow made the college football playoffs?

Their performance in that playoffs would indicate that luck was very much on their side all season long.

The only question is, is that Notre Dame team or the one from 2013 luckier to get as far as they got?

Had they correctly called the Murray TD what it was (they showed the angle once and never again), then the Prayer would never have been needed.

Disagree. Saban was doing what any other coach would do with one second left in a tie ball game.

Gus made a great coaching decision putting his punt returner in the end zone and taking the chance that he might get a return out of it.

One lucky play doesn't make the whole year lucky. The UGA play was lucky but the WR still made the play by catching the ball.

The kick 6 wasn't luck. The game was tied and ready for overtime and Davis just ran around everyone. It was Davis' return ability and Saban's stupidity that won that game. If you count returns as lucky then every team that returned anything was lucky. So just count who returned the most and they are the luckiest.

Ok buddy. Not every field goal is kicked directly at a defender waiting in the end zone.
