Just watched a review of their season on YouTube.
I forgot how many come-from-behind wins and close games they had, even with one of the greatest college football players ever. What do they go without him? 6-6?

Nobody knows. It's our first time without him.

Shows how good he was. They lose a lot of games that year if he's not there.

So, you're saying that without our best player we may have lost some games? Odd take.

I mean, usually teams that do that well have more than one good player. Cam was that whole team that year.

Well they would have lost to us because we would have had him. They only beat us by 3 points with him.

Besides the veteran o line and the other 1st round pick he was playing with. People really are insecure about Cam for some reason

What does it matter? They had him, and won a NC...

Probably 8-5 just like they were in 09 and 11

Gus did not know how to use Cam early in the season. After he figured it out, Auburn was hard to defend. Auburn played 4 top 12 teams in the regular season. If Cam did not play in those games and the other team did not have their top player. The only real difference in the record would be the Alabama Game.

I think it’s just because people don’t like him. His antics on & off the field are pretty cringe.
Either way, he’s one of the best athletes to ever come through the league.

If you don't follow football, why do you post on a football message board?

Bama was the only team on that schedule who had better talent, with or without Cam. And Gus used that talent very well.

Michael Dyer was a very good RB and the NC MVP.
And don’t forget Fairley on the defense.
