I love how you pick and choose random stats that favor LSU.

Like TOP that was used by the OP? I didn't realize rushing yards and turnovers were "random stats"

Yall passed for less than 100 yards. 97 yards and you somehow won a game. It was about a flukey as it gets. Chavis did a solid job on Johnny, but still it took LSU catching break after break to win a 1 score game.

A 24-12 lead with 3 minutes to go in the game is flukey? Defense wins. Y'all should have figured out that by now

Do you honestly think your team was better in 2012? How many times do you think LSU would win if they played 100x?

Yes and probably 2/3 of them. Look at LSU's regular season losses in 2012. They were to the division champs and both by one score and both they realistically very easily could have won.

A 24-12 lead that should have been a 24-16 lead with a competent placekicker who doesn't miss extra points and kicks of less than 35 yards.

Taylor Bertolet, during the 2012 season, was HORRIBLE.

67 for 74 on Extra Points
7 for 8 on Field Goals between 20-29 yards
1 for 6 on Field Goals between 30-39 yards
1 for 3 on Field Goals between 40-49 yards

JFF had his chance at redemption the following year against basically the same LSU team and lost by 24

the game where he had maybe 2 healthy ligaments in his throwing arm?

This right here is where you know you cannot overlook your bias.

A&M had a better record, better resume, finish higher ranked, averaged 2 scores more than LSU on O, and actually won our bowl game.

LSU won H2H and averaged about a FG better on D.

You're trolling because you called aTm a "Titan". The only thing aTm has ever been a titan of is not actually winning anything.

Well that doesn't sound fluky. It just sounds like A&M kicker had a typical shitty outing. Special teams are part of the game.

Had an identical regular season record and lost to LSU.

Yes, they are and Special Teams are why A&M lost to LSU that day. Special Teams cost A&M 4 points (7 if you include the 54 yard FG Bertolet missed). 4 points may not have won the game, but scoring a TD to cut the lead to 24-18 is completely different than scoring a TD to cut the lead to 24-22 with a chance to tie it with a 2-point conversion.

But 24 is > 22 and LSU still wins.

WTF are you arguing exactly?

A&M scored a Touchdown cutting the lead to 24-18, then kicked the extra point making it 24-19.

Had Taylor Bertolet made the first PAT and the chip shot field goal, and the touchdown that happened then makes the score 24-22, it sets up a game-tying two point conversion.

Simple Math:

12 + 6 = 18
18 + 1 = 19

Add the four points that Bertolet fricked up on and you get:

16 + 6 = 22
22 + 2 = 24

LSU's Drew Alleman also missed a FG in that game.

2012 UF had a better regular season than 2012 Aggies. Lost on a goal line fumble.

So your point?

LSU, A&M, and Alabama were all 10 win teams and finished in the top 15; however, the East had 3 teams that finished with 10 wins and three in the top 15 as well. 2012 was a very balanced year in the conference

Yeah and the other four sucked. 2007 the records may not show as much but there were strong teams. 2012 you have four shitty west teams(3 dumpster fires), at least 2 cupcakes, = 6 of their 10 wins
