My bro and I had a really nice apt in the CD and rent was $330 per person. We had girls by us with the same style apt and floor plan who paid $500 a month per person. Ours were not District Dan owned, theirs were.

I know a girl whose place is like that. Her apt isn't Dan owned and is like 200 dollars cheaper than the same ones around her that are the exact same type of apartment.
