Schwartz at number one is no surprise. But I am a little surprised to see Ruggs a spot ahead of Waddle.

Both CB Eric Stokes and CB Tyson Campbell have PRs of 10.39 in the 100m. Better than all but the top two on the list.

Waddle's initial burst is what sets him apart, we're talking about Ruggs edging him out by a stride in the 100
