The SEC Title means nothing if you don't win the National Title.

3. 2011 LSU
Is that the same team that lost 21-0 in the BCS Championship game?
Its also the same team that beat Bama @Bama, embarrased pac-12 champ Oregon at a neutral site, embarrassed Big East champ and top 10 WVU at their house, beat UF, UT, Auburn, Arky, MSU, and Ole Miss by a combined score of 3000000000000000 to 30, and embarrassed the home field UGA Dawgs in the SECCG.
The same team that will have their entire defense drafted, and drafted highly. Even the role players from that team are starting in the NFL as rookies.
Last year Bama and LSU were far away the two best teams in the country. They were an even 1-1. LSU laid a fricking egg in the NCG.
I say
#1 2011 Bama
#2 2011 LSU
#3 2008 UF
The rest are obsolete.

I sincerely believe 2004 deserves to be towards the top, with 2011 Bama and some others.
You cannot have 2011 LSU that high. Jordan Jefferson himself bumps you on down the list.

1. 08 UF
2. 11 Bama
3. 11 LSU
4. 09 Bama
5. 04 Aub
6. 03 LSU
7. 10 Aub
8. 06 UF
9. 09 UF
10. 06 LSU
As for the rest of the conference, you suck. UGA's 02 team was really good, but it just misses the timetable.

2011 Bama team may be the best SEC team of all time. The LSU team had maybe the most impressive NCAA season of all time before 1/9/12. They Beat Oregon (Rose Bowl champs), West Virginia (Orange Bowl Champs), Bama (National Champs), and Arkansas (Top 5 team).
Both teams finished with one loss. That happens when 2 of the best teams in SEC history have to play each other twice in one season. There was a split! 2008 Florida, 2004 Auburn and 2003 LSU (way they were playing at the end of the season) could play with those teams.
Add UGA who was highly ranked as well. And the fact we embarrassed the entire SEC outside of Bama and beat BAma @Bama.
This.
Bama 2011 #1
LSU 2011 #2

You're not the best in the nation if you aren't the best in your conference.
The BCS title means nothing without the SEC.

We dominated the Rose Bowl winner at neutral site, Orange Bowl winner on the road at their house, top 5 Arky, top 10 UGA, and beat #1 Bama @ Bama last year.
We made top 5 Oregon, top 5 WVU, UT, UF, Auburn, MSU, top 5 Arky, UGA, and Ole Miss look like little fricking bitches.
Best regular season of all time. Too fricking bad we laid an egg in the NCG.

Looks okay I would flip 2004 AU with 2010 AU. I think they would beat every team listed.

2004 AU team would prison rape the 2010 AU team.

2004 defense is made up of almost all NFLers. They could stop Cam.
I honestly don't think any defense could stop Cam. I think the 04 team was better overall and would win but Cam would still do what Cam does.

was that a SEC game???
Doesn't matter. We're talking about the best TEAMS.
Who was better in 2011? Alabama or LSU?
Not who won the SEC. Not who won the BCS. Who was the better TEAM?

Agreed but you couldn't seal the deal and got shut out when it mattered. Had you beat Bama 2011, it would top the list and it wouldnt be close. But the loss hurts.

Only SEC Champ to ever lose the BCS title game.

Then who was the best in the nation in 2011?

No one, and I mean no one, really believes this.

Any one who says they would rather have an SEC title over a national title is either outright lying or deluding themselves.

Ole Miss 2008 was pretty badass after the first few games.
