No, hotlink. Copy and past the url (when you pull up an image in a window, the url is the web address for that image), or go to right click on the image and go to properties and copy and paste.
click the button on the right that says 'img' and put the url of the image in that and presto your posting images.
to resize the image after the url and before the </> hashtag simply type in 'size=500'

no.
can bring one over from online somewhere, highlight the link in the message box, and hit the img button
