#1 Georgia

#3 Alabama

Honorable mention to #11 Auburn and #14 Miss St.

The SEC is about to be a QB league again, for the first time since 2013.

SIAP- searched back 3 pages and didn't see it. If it's already been posted, then it must have been a bad topic title.

I'm a little disappointed that Lock and Bentley didn't make the top 25. But whatever.

There were times in the past where it looked like it was going to happen. I think this is another false start, mainly because of the Ds in the SEC will be better.

Tua, Fromm, Stidham, Fitz, all proven good QB's.

All we need is either Lock or Bentley to step up, plus one more unseen to step up.

Defenses in the SEC aren't stepping up as a whole. Some teams will step back while others step up. I don't see SEC defenses getting collectively better. Why do you?

Fromm will just get better and better.
Fields will play the role Tebow did his freshman year at UF, he'll be far more than just a mop up guy, he'll put huge pressure on opposing defenses when he's in the game.

MSU, Ole Miss, Ark and A&M were bad at times. UFs and UTs were on the field too much because of the Offense they had. USC and KY will improve some. UA, AU, LSU and UGA should at least be status quo from last year. New coaching and better Offense will help improve the Ds on most teams, so overall I will say the Ds will improve next year in the SEC.

Chicken or Egg.

If those teams have offenses that can sustain drives, then some defensive stats will look better... and defense won't be as winded at the end of games.

2013 was pretty fantastic

AJ McCarron
Johnny Manziel
Aaron Murray
Zach Mettenberger
Connor Shaw
Nick Marshall
Dak Prescott
Brandon Allen

But other than that, it's definitely been a grab bag.

Jimbo will run an Offense that will enable A&Ms D to stay off the field more. Same with Mullen and UF. Ark will be able to score more points, which will allow their D a chance to pressure the opposing Offense. In the past if ARK got down by two scores the game was over. UT will have to have a better D under Pruitt.

There is going to be a love affair in America with Tua Tagovailoa. It will be Mom, Apple Pie, and Tua Tagovailoa. This kid is a Phenom like we haven't seen in ages.
