Even when GOP stopped Merrick Garland, they never resorted to character assassination

They pretty much made it clear as day that they're not filling the seat because they don't want a liberal making SCOTUS a leftist hell hole. Didn't even bother one bit with trashing Garland's reputation.
That was it and they told Obama, the media and democrats to frick off.
Now I just wish they could find the balls they used to make that fateful decision and use it again to get Kav on the court.

Didn’t need to. Simply applied the Democrat rules.
The Democrat need to assasinate BK by rumor—simply indicates hey have no valid judicial conduct basis for opposing BK.
It’s desperation.

Why did the Democrats create the Biden rule, if they didn't want it used?

The GOP only applied a rule that was put in place by the Vice President of the United States (at the time).
If the dems have any issues with Merrick Garland, they need to discuss it with Creepy Joe Biden.

My fervent prayer is that the liberal judges on the SC come out with a statement that they will all resign if this candidate, who is eminently qualified, is not voted on by the Senate!

So you approve of a politicized court?.
The hilarious thing is that the court still functions better than our other branches.

Only because you disagree with it.

And they made the reason for that absolutely clear without smearing and destroying an innocent man.
Garland was a liberal, they didn't want a liberal on the court so they stopped him without smearing his character. End of story.

Why didn't you answer my question?
Why did the Democrats create the Biden rule, if they didn't want it used?

Because citing a speech from 1992 (when most of us were like 8 years old or lower) doesnt change my point that conservatives support a political court. You were fine with this 2 years ago. And now...?

Will consider it karma when Kav is on the SC and we replace RBG with an ultra conservative judge?
I'm just curious.

We dont know if he is innocent but i will say...a partisan court on either side harms the country. 2016 was a horrible precedent.

Why do liberals think everyone is basically a child, like they are?

Do you even pay attention...Biden did the same thing in 92...
It's called the BIDEN RULE...
Which means 2016 Wasn't a precedent...

Garland a "lefty" LMAO. He's about 1/16 of a step to the left of Alito.
