you can go to a post office and buy one...trust me, those ladies don't know and don't care that you had one and lost it. You may have to explain to them what one is and, yes, that they sell them.

Yes. They won't let me buy another one.

Buy it from Texas. You shouldn’t need a Texas license or address. You can print the proof of purchase immediately and they will mail you the physical stamp.

Yeah can’t anyone buy one? I’ve been in the post office and a collector bought one?

ETA: I’ve known people that bought 2, one to collect and one to use to hunt.

Thanks. I'll give that a try.

Got it! Cost me a few bucks more, but I'm legal for tomorrow morning. Have a beer, my friend!

That’s bizarre, never would have thought you couldn’t buy as many as you want, and I’ve been hunting ducks for half my life.

I know, right? I got a message that said I already purchased this item, and even went to a retailer hoping to buy a replacement. I'd figure the FWS/LDWF would have no problem with buying multiple stamps.

Strange. I’ve always purchased two. One to keep on me and one for my collection.

Same here. Why wouldn't the Feds want extra money?

I usually buy 2, both in the mail, never had an issue.

May need to go to a small post office to get one

Post office wouldn't be an issue. They don't ask for anything other than the money.
