I’ve always said that Ole Miss needs to pay Tony LaRussa to have a sit down with Bianco about this.

Rebels have jumped to #1 in Baseball America, the first time we have ever been ranked #1 in a BA poll since its inception in 1981. Dirty Mike doing work!

Damn we are really good. We went 3-0 against 3 top 10 teams with our ace having a terrible outing and missing one of our best hitters. Was $30 well spent watching this weekend.

Observations
- No surprise, but our SP will be very good this year
- Best BP we have ever had. Broadway looks like he is going to continue his dominance. Some of the guys we have heavily relied on in the past are not going to need to be so heavily relied on this year. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a few of them not get many innings
- Gonzalez is pretty dang good. I thought he’d be Year 1 Kessinger but he looks like Year 3 Kessinger so far
- Chatagnier is pretty dang good
- Bench belongs at the bottom of the line up
- Heard Graham greatly improved but he looks pretty similar to me
- Be interesting to see if LaFleur beats out Baker or if they platoon
- Lineup is solid 1-9. Probably do not have a Keenan in the middle of the lineup, but solid lineup
- Sammons still looks like he is trying to swing a log

Gonzalez is stud that’s going to be drafted very high in a couple of years. Diamond would be a Friday night starter on a lot of teams this year.

Pumping the breaks on this one. 2014 pen was incredible and was the best unit of the team for that WS run. I'd be more willing to say this is the best starting rotation OM has ever had (if you don't count Bittle as a starter).

Does anyone have an extra ticket or know where to get one for Friday's game against UCF? It doesn't matter where the seat is. Thanks all.

Not being able to have a full stadium for them to play in front of this weekend is a crime. The % cap for baseball is absolute bullshite.

I hope they change the capacity limits pretty soon since Covid is starting to disappear. Having any restrictions makes zero sense with hospitalization levels low and vaccines available to the at risk. I think by April we could see closer to full capacity crowds for baseball.

It all comes down to politicians being afraid of the headlines from some liberal rag in New York. There is no earthly reason why we cant have AT LEAST 75% capacity. If you don't feel safe going, then don't go. I'm so sick of this chit.

Well at least 50%. That would be a compromise level I would think.

Why is everyone getting vaccinated if it doesn’t change anything? Why won’t any politician answer this question? Millions of vaccines have been taken. Let’s get more people in the stands.
