Guess this is the last game I will be watching this year. Glad I could waste 2 hours of my time tonight. Kermit is about to have a really hot seat unless a miracle happens this year.

We were gifted a depleted UF and we still can't win..... I wish we could just cancel the rest of the season

A lanky arse white kid that couldn’t get minutes in the big 10 just roasted us. Sums up the season so far. This team is not fun to watch yet I’m here doing it for some reason. Don’t think I’ll waste my time Saturday.

Yeah win or lose we are not fun to watch. That is very true. But honestly I don’t remember when basketball was fun to watch. Only if my team is playing and winning am I at all interested.

Florida just scored 20 of the final 22 points in that game. That’s a 20-2 run to end the game for you layman.

We fired AK for this? Once again, with a more "loaded team", we're not even gonna make it to 20 wins. I'm surprised we were even leading most of the 2nd half bc that lanky Castle guy stopped us from touching the paint all half.

All we had to do was rebound the ball and we win this game. Then our offense couldn’t buy a basket with a 9 point lead. Since we started 3-0 in conference in Kermit’s first year it’s all gone to shite. AK currently has UAB 9-1 and we look like shite.

This is why I was very cautious about getting rid of AK. By no means was I against it....but people kept reasoning it by bringing up teams who have gone to the Tourny once or twice over the last decade but completely ignore seasons where they were just awful.
A bad season for AK was 17-18 wins. His problem was a great season was 22. There were no extremes. Kermit has shown he can build a program. But that doesn't always translate to a different program.
I still like the hire...but....

Regardless of what AK is currently doing at UAB, his time had run its course at OM. Nobody was excited anymore about him or the program and the Pavilion did not revive that with him at the helm. He was also not recruiting very well and Kermit has shown an ability to do that. Yes we are in a funk at the moment and may be just about all season, but he's still our guy.
