If we get Altmyer this year and Manning in 2 years, I don’t think Kiffin is going anywhere for a long while.

We received a commitment this morning from OT Cedric Nicely from Georgia. I don’t know much about him other than he looks like he has a great frame for an offensive lineman.

Regardless, I trust this staff’s ability to evaluate.

I hope Nicely treats defensive linemen rudely.

I think he projects inside as a Guard. Definitely a good frame. He drives kids off the ball and has some heavy hands for sure. Think he’s got a lot of upside.

Just Saw David Johnson put in a CB of Texas for Harmon, anyone know what is going on there? How are we losing the top receiver targets from MS given what DK & AJ are doing in the pros and Elijah Moore in the SEC?

As exciting as our offense has been and what we hopefully have in the future with the potential of Arch, we should not be losing local targets to a school outside of maybe State, Bama, and LSU. That is very concerning to me.

The coaches that put them in the league aren't here anymore and this staff hasn't had any face to face meetings with these kids

Ole Miss isn't a blue blood. As long as we have a losing record we will continue to lose recruits to a lot of schools. Consistency and progress on both sides of the ball will go a long way.

Who the hell would want to go to Texas? Herman is fired this year or next when he loses to OU again.

A lot of recruits. Texas is blue blood and it's name and reputation recruit for itself. Ole Miss doesn't have that kind of clout

Unfortunately HJJ is right. Texas still has a lot of money and a lot of fans. Makes it a very desirable place to play if you're a small town HS recruit.

This. Texas is a media darling. Oklahoma has dominated Big12 for a while and yet Texas is still the biggest draw in the league.

We have received a commitment from DT Devin Lee from Georgia. This seems like a decent get.

With the Lee commitment and Nicely getting rated, Ole Miss jumped to #46 in the composite class ranks. Could go higher once Jamond Gordon gets ranked.

Good get.

You can walk right in and probably start in the SEC. that has to be valuable

Drew Donley might be the most underrated player now. Dude is going to torch people.
