How are people purchasing tickets? I imagine OM is giving priority to donors and season ticket holders, what about after that?

Last time I called the ticket office they didn’t have a set plan yet. I imagine we will know next week. I’m guessing they give priority to season ticket holders and those who own suites, while allotting a certain number of tix for students too.

Note - 25% of our stadium seating capacity is 16,009.

So the same amount of people that were at the 2007 Northwestern game that got O fired

Eli Johnson entered the transfer portal. I’m confused.

Eli has some explaining to do if that’s the case.

I thought he didn’t want to play?

I thought it was a combination of injuries and COVID concerns which I completely understand considering how close to home it was and in some ways I’m sure still is. Just odd the way it has all played out. That’s all.

He announced he was opting out of this season. He finishes his undergraduate degree in December and would be able to grad transfer somewhere else to play next season due to the eligibility changes.

I guess he assumes he stays and loses his job for next year because he sat out a full cycle.

If someone else plays all season and he doesn't, he probably won't get his spot back.

So he’s going to somewhere like Hawaii

You know there’s worse places to spend a senior season if you’re not playing anyway

Tavius Robinson is officially eligible. That should bode well for Deane Leonard. We definitely need the help at CB and could move Jaylon Jones or someone else to safety.

Did they really put up a fence so players couldn’t see the statue in the cemetery?

Deane Leonard practiced today. Haven’t seen it announced officially but he is on the roster and on the “speed freaks” graphic that Kiffin tweets out. Also, Marc Britt has been practicing at safety out of need for depth but I wouldn’t be surprised if it sticks.

I'm kinda excited these Canadian transfers won't be charged a year of eligibility especially Tavius Robinson. He needs the experience and a year in the gym.

Next year should be better for sure because it’s going to be lawn chair defense like 2017 or 2011
