Lebby and Bama?
yeah that's the rumor. We know Kiffin is a great offensive coach so hopefully we'll be able to keep that going and find another quality OC.
Basically the same as Freeze...we just need to not hire Kiffin's Phil Longo.

Maybe this won’t happen.

Neal thinks TE coach Finley is going to Texas and still thinks more changes on the defensive staff are coming. I think Auburn wants Lebby but I think he might be using them for a raise. Lebby can ride Corral and Kiffin for another year or go try to fix Bo Nix. Auburn would give Lebby a pass his first year but after that he better show results. I don’t see Bama hiring somebody that hasn’t called plays at the power 5 level.

I read somewhere that Bill O'brien was in Tuscaloosa over the weekend but left without an offer. That certainly seems to be the type of hire that Saban would usually make.

In the past sure but since he hired Kiffin he has gone with more of a spread guy instead of pro style.

Sark was ran a Pro heavy hybrid system so not necessarily true HJJ.
In regards to Lebby I don’t see him going to work with Harsin and after working for Kiffin would he want to go to a button up system under Saban?
We still need to get a good DL coach which I believe was the biggest issue with the D this year.

Generally I agree but having worked for true @ssholes before I would gladly have a better work environment where I can enjoy life.

I agree. He’ll get a HC offer under Kiffin just the same as Saban. It’ll be the difference in quality that would drive me to make that move. Anywhere else I’d probably stand pat.

Williams is a beast. He’s easily our most SEC looking defender. If we play a full 12 game season this year, I don’t see him opting out any sooner than Game 9 or 10. Eye roll.

I must admit, and I know we just finished, but the prospect of Corral having Sanders, Mingo, Kelly, Plumlee (yeah I said Plumlee) along with our backs and the newcomers has me quite intrigued. Throw in all these better defenders returning along with some apparently very good new guys and this train could be rolling pretty good.
