He's a less polished Shea Patterson who had terrible pocket presence

Some of his better throws where he does have good mechanics is when he stays in the pocket. The problem is with our OL, he rarely has time if he stays in the pocket.

Corral reminds me of a lot of Shea.. Dude can't run worth crap and throwing at people feet all day long..

Plumlee is officially the starter vs Bama. Don't be surprised to see Tisdale in a few plays as well.

This school of though of " dang sure hate sending PLumlee to the wolves with our O-line.."

Corral barely has much more experience than PLumlee... it's not like a 5th year veteran QB has gone down and a rookie took his place.... they're both new and untested for the most part.

got to take the training wheels off at some point.

Yeah. While it's tough to pretty much accept this is very likely going to be a curbstomping, I'm at least happy this whole situation has opened the door to these young guys getting experience. And...you never know. Also, respect for Matt for supporting JRP on his Instagram. That's the right attitude.
