Not sure if you can do it in Paint. In GIMP it's pretty simple.

I'm truly not trolling. I find it humorous that certain people consider me a troll even though the majority of my posts over the past year have been cartoons done upon request.
I admit that my cartoons may be shitty as frick, but I don't believe that they fall into the "troll" category.
