Hounds & retrievers are my favorites. I like english bulldogs too but I'm biased. Some of the herding breeds are cool too. Some spaniels are great, but they're reallly temperamental so I'd never get one. My neighbor has always had Springer Spaniels and she's had to put a couple of them down because they randomly turned on her.
I hate lap dogs, though. They're ugly; they're dickheads, and they won't shut up. I'd rather have a cat.
