What SVB meant to say is that Missouri doesn't have snowy beaches because we're not located on the ocean.
However, we do receive one or two dusters per year...

Mizzeaux is correct. I should have clarified.
Missouri does have some nice beaches because we have beautiful lakes and rivers. However, Missouri hires a self made millionaire named Russell Bliss to spray our beaches with dioxin in order to keep the dust down.
It works too! Best beaches in the midwest and our towns are dust free...unless it snows.
