You doing one of those newfangled workout/diet combos I take it?

ETA: You could do just egg whites with it FWIW. It's for binding purposes anyway.

I have a couple coworkers who have done it with the meal plan. I'll ask around and see what they thought worked/didn't work.

I don't have all the weights for P90X. I just have a simple bench press, kind of why I like insanity.

I did P90X without following the meal plan. I put the weight back on afterwards though. I would focus more on eating what you want but doing it in a healthy way instead of dieting, because diets can't last forever. If you want spaghetti, eat spaghetti. Just use marinara sauce that doesn't have added sugar, extra lean ground beef or ground bison, and whole wheat pasta.

frick dating a vegan if they want me to change my diet it isn't happening

I hear that.

Regarding vegans, the upside is that most of them are in outlandishly good shape. Also, she turned me on to an awesome smoothie. However, I am tired of curbing my "carnivorous habits" around her.

And a question to the floor: How much of a dick move is it to dump your GF less than a week from Valentine's Day?

If you're not happy with her, Valentine's Day is going to suck anyway. Just do it and spare your wallet.

How long have you been together?

Are you an alpha or beta? Because you playing to her wants (ie not eating meat / meat products) sounds like a beta.

Beta would stick around and want to be super best friends, Alpha would say if you don't accept me for who I am then frick you.

Twoish months... She convinced me to give up fast food for the new year and I appreciate making that choice, but I appreciate eating cows much more and her arguments against hunting are meager at best, so I'm breaking it off tomorrow at lunch.

Yeah if you're having issues after two months over shite as simple as food, you need to cut it off. Not dickish at all. She can go to some vegan Anti-Valentine party or something to celebrate.
