Pilots don't open the cabin door for anything now. Basically no risk of a plane getting taken over with knives. Could go after flight attendants, but that's no different than walking down the street. Learn self defense if you're that scared.

I measured every knife I own and not a one would pass. Shivs it is.

Same knife I carried in highschool, college, and today would not pass.
Of course it would probably get me kicked out of highschool and college now too.
This is basically a law to let you bring your swiss army or pen knife with you. Most jack/folding knives are still going to be a no go.
