East of Decatur is between Decatur and Atlanta. That's a small area. That's mostly very wealthy people. Some of them could be rednecks, but most of very wealthy liberals.

Maybe it's East Decatur, but they're certainly not "wealthy" they've got some dough, but they're still hicks.
When they come visit, I'm embarrassed to walk around with their hick southern asses. My uncle likes to chew and spit into a beer bottle and compliment pretty woman in a creepy way.
All I'm saying is I know there's at least 3 hicks in Atlanta, and they're even ITP.

List doesn't pass the perception test. Sacramento? Really? Also, Atlanta might have been highly redneck back in the 70's but it hasn't been that way for a long time.
