There are four Walmarts inside the perimeter on Google Maps. Those are also ghetto, not just redneck.

I don't if its people in cincy trying to be southern. So much as it is Covington Kentuckians coming across the river trying to fit in to the city.
Dayton and suburbs east/south is about as redneck as you can get. west Dayton reminds one of Tarrant.

Number of country radio stations per capita- Every city in the country has a least one.
Number of NASCAR race tracks close by- Oh, hey, there's one of those close by, but most Atlantans have never even been inside of it.

Number of riding lawn mower/tractor repair shops per capita- Every city in the country likely has at least a few.
