Bill's greatest strength was his ability to understand that a win-win is the best win for him. He's a very smart guy.
But let's be honest here. Meyer thinks of himself as some sort of royalty because those dolts at OSU all think they are special. He probably assumes Hillary is going to win the election and wants to grease the skids to be appointed to some special position, or get some favors and a 'get out of jail' card or something.
