I did the same thing. I've gotten into the awful habit of being up until 2-3 am, getting up at 5:30 am, and then napping when I get home in the afternoon. And I feel like shite as a result.
If I don't get 4 hours or more of sleep I can't function. I also wont wake up until Ive been asleep for 4 hours. If I have an 8am exam, if Im not asleep by 4am I have to stay up all night because I will sleep through my alarms.

When I have a test I never cram it's always 8 hours of sleep. I prefer fully rested an using memory vs cramming

I can roll on 2-3 hours of sleep at work. But multiple days of it catches up to me pretty quick. I've been rolling that way since Sunday so I'm pretty exhausted at this point.
And of course I'm a glutton for punishment and we have an 8 pm tip off tonight.

When I work days, I'm up at 3:45 to be working out at 4. I rather not do that, but I will talk myself out of doing it if I wait till after work.

Depending on the subject, I take tests better when I cram. For essays I cant always cram but I have before and just spit out as much information as I could before I forgot it

I didn't even look back to see what anyone else had said either.
Damn D. If I was born a ginger I'd have to start asking questions.

I do the same thing. I sleep 3-4 hours a night during the week. By the time Friday gets here, I'm usually too tired to put one foot in front of the other.

My problem is that I don't eat right, not unhealthy foods but I just don't eat enough, so by the end of the week I am exhausted, malnurished, but running off my medicine and caffeine and once that wears off I feel like death.

Your advice was far more in depth.
Mine was like a summary of yours.
I thought I was adopted until like the fifth grade so there's always a possibility.

Me too. I never eat 3 meals a day. I fuel myself with caffeine. I never eat breakfast. I try to make myself eat breakfast, I'm just never hungry in the morning.
