It never gets cold enough here in Vegas for me to really have a big change in my beer tastes towards the porters and stouts. I do enjoy a nice pilsner, lager, or something really light when it's super hot here though.

Rarely go with a wheat/wit beer though, regardless of the heat.

Your girlfriend has bad taste in beer.

I like some PBR when I'm being cheap. I can drink the shite out of some PBR, but I know that it's fricking trash compared to craft beer.

Yeah, I don't like wheat beer for the most part.

I love PBR. It's the best when it's hot outside, and it's cheap when you want to be a cheapo.

Appreciating good beer doesn't mean you have to stop liking what's worked for years.

My girl's been on this Sunset Wheat/fruity pebble thing and sometimes she picks up some of those Honeycrisp Apple Beer things.

I think she's on a mission to fill the fridge up with shite I won't drink.

I hate most fruit beer. I'm a hop head. The more IBU's the better.

I do like the occasional stout or porter, particularly in the winter time though.

If you haven't tried, you haven't lived.

IPA is certainly one of the best types of beer in my opinion. Plus, there's a ton of great ones.

Start out with lower IBU IPA's and work your way up. If you can get Sweetwater IPA, try that. It's pretty tame, but a good one.
