It only works if you can remember to take the water to bed with you, and it has to be a huge sup with a cap and straw. Otherwise it turns into a mess.

I use a big 32 oz cup that I got at Kings Island every night, drinking or not.

Girls and their bringing drinks to bed. My last three GFs always brought a drink(water) to bed. Pissed me off like a motha fcka when Ill be under the covers and they are taking off make up asking me to get up and get them a bottled water.

Well, I'm not like that. If I'm wearing makeup, I remove it in the shower and I get my own water.

Plus my boyfriend and I have lived together for over two years. If I told him to get my water, he'd say get it your goddamned self.

I mean, that is what I say. Still just aggrivates me. I like to purposefully undo shite that was done(fan, blinds, etc) so when they get in bed Im like......hey can you get that.

Our bedroom never changes. Lights are off, blinds are closed, fan is on. Just have to turn the tv on and set the timer. Can't really be much butt hurt there.

I think it's more of just a little power game for them. I have also slept with the light on because we got into a messican standoff about who would get up and turn it off.

yeah, frick that. I can't sleep with an actual light on. I have to have the tv on and background sound, but I can't sleep with a real light on.
