Considering she's your manager, I would go to one of her peers and tell them. That way you shouldn't catch any reprisal. I would think that personal hygiene is some sort of requirement in a professional environment.

I have the same problem right now, I just reported it to my supervisor's boss. Whatever you do, don't just go up to her and say she stinks. That's a terrible idea. I thought about doing that at my job, then realized this guy approves my vacation days so I'm not going to say something like that to his face.
If you report it, the higher ups talk to her, and it still continues, they have grounds to terminate her. That's what I'm rooting for at my work. Hope everything works out for you.

Well, judging from the thread title, I was expecting this to be about a manager who is bad at her job & how to tell her that. Had a well thought out reply ready & everything. Should've known better.

I am thinking about putting a bed bath and beyond gift basket on her vehicle with a card that says "wash your stank arse." I just don't know if I want to get that smut with it or just email HR. She kind of pissed me off today so I am leaning towards the gift basket at this point...
