Have any OTBers read this book?
I'm only half way through this book, but the author, who was a research physicist for the Navy, has already made a pretty sound proof case for a shooter being on the grassy knoll and that JFK's body was possibly tampered with prior to the official autopsy.
I'm curious as to what y'all think of this book, if you have read it.

Haven't read it, but we watched a documentary on the subject for a class I took this this summer. Oswald's Ghost made a pretty convincing argument that Oswald perpetrated the assassination himself. It was PBS, but I couldn't find a link to the doc outside of the class link. Incredibly compelling subject imo.

The JFK story is fascinating. Anybody with a basic understanding of physics would determine that the headshot came from the front. If I was the shooter then I don't know how I could go my whole life without spilling the beans.

The audio recordings from the House Select Committee on Assassination alone prove a shooter came from the front. The author shows how valid these recordings were and how improbable it would be for the noise disturbance to be anything other than rifle fire from the knoll. It freaks me out though how poorly the investigating was handled on the day of the assassination.

Really? About any documentary I have ever seen has disputed the validity of the autopsy report being accurate. Even Doctors who saw JFK in Dallas have disputed the accuracy of the actual autopsy report.

The book covers that.
It talks about how his head wounds in Dallas were far different than what the autopsy reported. The author also laid out a time frame of when his body could have been tampered with

I'm pretty sure JFK's body was laid to rest without his brain because it couldn't be found. The doctor that did the autopsy I believe went on record years later saying the brain, or what was left of it, was absent when the autopsy was performed.

Yeah the doctor reported that it looked like surgery had been conducted on JFK's head, but the doctors at Parkland claimed they never even thought about operating on the President's brain, due to the damage being too severe

there is absolutely no evidence that anyone other than lee Harvey oswalt assassinated JFK.

I'm perfectly fine accepting Oswald as the only shooter, but...
Oswald lived two days afterwards before being killed. How long would the other shooter live?
