Has anyone else seen future events in their dreams?

It used to happen to me a lot, like I'd see a funeral and two weeks later I would be at one, in the exact same spot at the same exact spot I saw in my dream. Does anyone have an explanation? It happened too many times to be a coincidence or deja vu. Or could like my brain be tricking itself into thinking I dreamed the event by placing faces to the usually blank one of my subconscious?

I hope not. I had a dream I was in a shopping mall and they announced over the PA there was someone with a gun. The weird thing is they made everyone stop and sit on the ground (kind of like a tornado drill). We heard the footsteps of the gunman and as soon as his face becomes clear, the guy next me to goes "Oh hell no" (like he knew the guy was looking for him) and he takes off only to get shot. And then the fire alarm at my apartment woke me up.

Did you dream about your dad raping you two weeks before it happened or was that one a total surprise?

No this has never happened to me, and I wouldn't want it to. Very creepy.
