I thought about trying contacts again. I had trouble with them before because of my allergies. I've gotten so use to my glasses at this point though, it's become a staple of my nerdy identity.

I always manage to break my glasses. They somehow fall off my nightstand, and then I step on them because I can't see.
I'm hoping to get lasik surgery later this year though.

Belle I understand but I have horrible allergies as well and I wear contacts ... I rarely have an issue with them.
I am hoping to have lasik surgery as well one day.
This is very true as well ... especially when you're ripping them off.

Screw contacts. If I didn't work outside so much and need to wear sunglasses I'd wear my glasses even more.

That was oddly similar to something I would say about my "type." And yet all that comes my way now are blondes.

Class doesn't start until tomorrow and all I have to do today is get a hair cut. Looks like I'll be drinking and playing pool and volleyball again today. It's a hard life.
