Oh, and you're welcome.

What do you recommend for someone who is married?

I'm being dead serious here. Try watching some porn and getting in a fap to start the day.

I can go to bed at 9 PM, but if I'm getting up at 5 or 6 in the morning I feel like crap. However, I can go to bed at 6 AM, wake up at noon and feel awesome. I just dont do before/during sunrise very well.

This is me. I feel more alert at 1:00 AM than I do at 1:00 PM. I am totally a vampire. Mornings are for farmers.

And when you have kids it changes... I'm just as good with 5 hours as I am with 8... If you really want to become more of a morning person my advice would be drink less and take a couple hour long naps throughout the week.

I do, but that's because I dread going to work. That should change once we PCS.

I used to struggle.

Now I wake up at 7 fricking 30 on a Sunday morning.

It only takes 21 times in a row to create a habit.

Just create a routine. And stick to it, even on weekends, until you get it down.

After that you can start altering it on the weekends.

Mornings are the worst part of the day for me. The hardest part is getting out of bed, I never wake up rested, I'm not fully awake until about an hour after I've woken up and it usually takes coffee, Mtn. Dew, or my pay the frick attention meds to get me going.

Am I just not sleeping like I'm supposed to? I used to have bad insomnia but my stress has come down so I can fall asleep but it feels like I barely sleep.

I feel exactly the same most every day. I've never been a "morning person." I seem to be more alert at night & don't get tired until very late. Insomnia has gotten worse the past few years, and seems to be related to stress. I've held off for quite a while, but I'm considering meds for it, now.
