Supposedly fake copies there are many people who in the modern age wrote some based on common Satanic and Wiccan practices.

Supposedly the real one hasn't even been seen since the middle ages...Catholic Church claims it is locked in the secret archives.

Trust me I've done some extensive research into this.

The closest book to it is the Lesser key of Solomon, but it only covers the "basics" so to speak.

That's pretty interesting.I'm glad they have it, if the book is what people claim it wouldn't be good for it to fall into the wrong hands.

Right. Numerous rituals on how to raise Lucifer (satan) himself, control demons to do your bidding, etc.

Whether or not all of that actually works I don't know. I'd be scared to frick with any of it. I wouldn't want to find out.

My luck some demon would come and rip my skin off

My parents' response to me asking for one was always "Hell no".

I've never tried one.

My mom said when she was 15 (she lived in Massachusetts) she had one and asked who would she marry. It led her to the initials S.H. 10 years later she met my dad when she moved to Arkansas, whose initials were S.H.

Anyone actually ever used one? I just don't believe it.

See my above post.

For the most part, I think they are B.S.

You can't use them anywhere, but if you use one in a an area that is haunted by a certain spirit it will work. My mom says the house that she lived in when she used it was haunted.

People will claim an energy moved their hand over the letters, but that is just their mind working. If you don't touch it and you get the spirit to move it, then it is legit.

I do not believe in things that have no quantifiable evidence that point to their existence.

There is no such thing as a ghost.

It is presumptuous and almost foolish of people to think there's nothing outside the detection of our five senses.

Our five senses are only evolved methods of perception of phenomena that occur in the universe, so to think that every shred of data in the universe can in some way be obtained via those five senses is naive to the max.

Humans have a lot more than 5 senses.

I fully believe that there are many more advanced senses of the human brain that 99% of people are unaware of, or don't know how to use.

For example...dreams. I'm not talking about the weird random ones, but the realistic ones that actually happen in the future and you get that "deja vu". Makes me wonder if there is possibly an untapped portion of the brain that is able to see things that are to come, and we don't know how to utilize it.

There's the sense of time, danger, etc.

Five perceptive senses and two kinesthetic ones.

Those are just combinations of the the senses that put together information which your brain inteperates as just cause to feel danger.

I'd submit that any combination of words, fingernail clippings, and menses soaked rags will not result in a demon appearing and ripping your skin off, but that's just me

Edited to change "would" to "will".

You need to watch the "Ghost Hunters" clip of the South Park episode "Dead Celebrities".
