My family has a really tiny yard, but we have one of those gas tabletops. It's nice, but i would prefer a charcoal.

Wood - most flavor

Charcoal - best all around

Gas - fast and convenient

I prefer charcoal.

Love my BGE. However, here is the last pizza I tried to make on it. I used a stone, and the platesetter. Looks good doesn't it? Well, it wasn't. It was a Papa Murphy's and I'd had a few beers and cooked it on the cardboard tray thing, ON the stone in the BGE. The bottom looked like the space shuttle heat-shield after re-entry.
