Cold and wet nose is healthy

Warm and dry nose may be an indication something is wrong

Sunshine and beaches sound like a great plan! A change of scenery and distance from this ex drama may be just what you need. I also recommend yoga. It’s a great way to re-center yourself with the universe.

Namaste and godspeed, PK.

Hoping she's doing well. She hasn't posted since February 12th. Kinda worries me.

She said she was going away for awhile. I wouldn't worry about it.

Taking away to find herself. Time away from social media and the mundane is always good.

Absolutely correct !

Being alone, or being in a new environment can be conducive toward positive change, building confidence and courage.

I will second the poster that suggested serving others. Maybe it isnt actual work or community service. Maybe it is putting together care packages for troops or working w animals.

The happiest times of my life were doing mission trips or service projects. It just feels good.

In college, a friend and I signed up to paint nails at a nursing home once a week. It started out kinda awkward, but old ladies love young people. I couldn't paint nails for shit, but they lined up every week just to sit with a young person for a few minutes. Sounds gay, but I ended up enjoying the heck out of it and thought that I would really appreciate someone doing that for my grandmother.

Just find something you can do for other people. It's amazing the joy that comes from giving.
