Of course I can't conceal and carry the 20 gauge. That's the downside.
But its purpose is for HD first and skeet shooting second.

Well all trap chokes are designed to spread.
Funny story I have is my Brother in law winning a turkey shoot in North Alabama with his Franchi Spas 12

got it, magazine. I'm a novice, not ashamed to admit it. Shot about 100 rounds of this bad boy before we bought it so at least I know how to operate the thing if needed.
There's no shame in being a novice, but it's important to be comfortable with your weapon; it may save your life someday. More than that, shooting is a great hobby. It's the new golf. Get a good flashlight too, and maybe even a laser. Don't practice with the laser, but having it can help.
I own 5 handguns, but I think I'm a novice. The important thing is that I'm comfortable with every gun I own.

Class 3 weapon, and if made after 1986 cannot be purchased legally in the United States even with the 400 dollar tax stamp.

You're on a gov't list now. Have fun getting your door kicked in by the Feds.

It is classified as an AOW any other weapon and you can purchase it if you want to deal with the process

The only way i'll ever have a gun is if someone gives it to me. Definitely not wasting money on one.

No it isn't. Guns are NOT registered. The only history of you purchasing a gun is held at the gun shop you bought it from. Nothing on the background check states what the gun is.

Some are good investments and I don't know anyone that would consider a gun a "waste".

To be accurate, that depends on his location. Some states and even a few cities most definitely require your guns to be registered.

correct and it also depends on how his AR is set up, as well. if its auto or has a supressor it needs to be registered.
Many people confuse the background check as registering your gun. Where all it actually registers is that you are trying to purchase a long gun or handgun. Not that you actualy purchased it or anything identifing the gun itself

Correct... and all of my guns are registered

Sorry people, poor choice of words, it was just a background check. I'm in Tennessee so you don't have to register ordinary firearms.
