We were laughing our arse off at him.
Didn't that come out in the early 80's? I remember it from when I was a kid, and it had been out for a while when I was old enough for it.

Will it? And if it does, it is an absolute shame. A travesty, even.
Until the generation before us is gone, it will. homosexuality, while is becoming more open in society, is still considering extremely taboo and this will hurt Mercury is gaining the recognition he deserves.
I dont like much Queen but I have already admitted he is very talented but based on my personal preference and taste I think that Robert Plant is better.
But we all have our opinions so I guess we can agree to disagree.

Their newest album, Black Ice, came out just a couple years ago.

No one cares about his gayness but you. We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions get played in every arena in America.
Please stop.
Mercury was awesome because he was awesome. End of story.

It's unfortunate. Sexuality shouldn't have anything to do with talent. Mercury was a rare talent and I wish that I could take in a Queen concert with him at the helm.

Nothing wrong with that.

I kige this.
This thread was supposed to be about the greatest vocalist or performer, not his sexuality.

Black Ice, came out a few years ago. That and the Metallica came out at the same time. He thought it was all new. We introduced him to real rock after that.

At least he didn't put on Chinese Democracy

Hell yeah. The best AC/DC albums are High Voltage, Powerage, Highway to Hell, and Back in Black. I hope he owns all of them now.

Ah yes, it does. I tend to forget about much after Back in Black because I just dont like Brian Johnson. His voice was great on Back in Black but after that I can't stand it. They had a much better instrument sound in the 1980's because of better production value but Bon Scott was a lightyears better singer.

I honestly can't tell the difference between Bon Scott and Brian Johnson (at least from the Those About to Rock album). I know one person who can, he's tried to explain to me, but I don't get it.

I was talking to someone just the other day about Metallica. I believe that if you let someone, who have never heard any Metallica, before, listen to the Load, Reload, and Garage Inc. albums first they will really like them. But the fact that Metallica went through such a massive transformation from what they used to be, those albums are considered "terrible"
Ain't My Bitch
2x4
The House Jack Built
Hero of the Day
those are some of my favorite Metallica songs.

I have been listening to AC/DC for a very long time and at first you may not notice the huge difference between Scott and Johnson but there is.
