I fall for Popeye's commercials every time. They just started with their wicked chicken commercials and I am dying. I wonder when I am going to cave.

Very nice! I am cooking lasagna tonight for some guests we are having.

What do you put in your lasagna? I have a really good recipe, but it's pretty heavy.

Well I did make the transfer from beef to turkey. Other than that I brown the meat and add italian sausage with it. I take my grandmother's recipe tomato sauce and add some various spices (garlic, onion powder, basil, oregano, etc..) along with a teaspoon of thyme..

I used 1lb og grated parmesan and mix it with my ricotta cheese and add 2 eggs to that whip it up stick it in the fridge til layering time.

For layers I do sauce/noodles/ricotta/mozzarella cheese blend/.. rinse and repeat with all extra cheese on top and bake for 90 mins at 350.
Voila! my G'mas old italian lasagna!

I have a G35 just like that one in my avatar same color and all... On mine I have a GTR front bumper and some JDM lights. I plan on painting it this summer after I overhaul the engine and add in my twin turbo kit.

Right now it just has a cool air intake, and greddy high out put exhaust bolted on.

Mine is more of a spin on a Lasagna Bolognese. It has a little ground beef, or ground veal, some ground pork, and some prociutto, along with other stuff, and it probably weighs a pound per serving when all's said and done. I lived in Italy one summer and this sweet little old Italian lady took me under her wing and gave me her recipe.

I always think I'm going to make a vegetable lasagna, but biting into a piece of squash just isn't the same.

Exactly! I experiment more with different meats every once in awhile, But Mrs sinister has a hard time with red meat digestion and extra greasy food. So I cater and cook to her needs. I am too much of a carnivore to eat all vegetable anything.

Are you going to add hydraulic bouncers too?

Such devotion. I can't stand ground turkey or turkey substitutes for other meats. I can taste the weird turkey taste and it literally makes me gag.

No ma'am! I am a speed/horsepower guy. I did use to make a living on the youngsters and cleaning up the little honda civics and what not. Fast and the furious movie was excellent for my graphics business.

It did take some getting used to seeing white meat in all my sauces... but its for the greater good i suppose. I just cant bake for shite, which is why i admire your skills around the sweets.

I was just teasing you. You can't live in Charleston and have a G35 with bouncy hydraulics and be accepted.

Where do you drive it without getting speeding tickets? My brother just got a brand new Carrera Cabriolet and I am the only one he has let drive it (I'm a girl, go figure). I felt like it was going to take off under me. It's so frustrating having speed limits when you have a car like that.

Very nice it boiled down to basically the G or the impreza for me. I went with the more luxury looking interior.

Ahhhh... I'm the best with sauces and a sauté pan. I am best baking cookies and small things like cupcakes and muffins. Anything with a larger area tends to dry up on me.

There are a few places... one is the I-526 bridges that cross from North Charleston over to Mt. Pleasant. I have had that infiniti over 130 on those and you would see a cop if he was within 5 miles of you. Also some of the newer country roads around where I stay in Summerville.. not alot of traffic and I also enjoy taking my bike downs those as well... great scenic drives that you can punch it on and get that speed running up your leg!

Annnd on that note.. I am tabbing out and going to the grocery store with a buzz..
Should be a great american pastime!
