For the last couple of years I've been posting on a sports site with no rules other than to only post nudity on the nudity board so I'm sort of new to this RA and banning stuff.I'm not used to having to filter what I post but I'm trying.

Not being sarcastic at all, but a legitimate question, doesn't this happen a lot? I thought "flaming" was kind off the norm. While reading (lurking) a lot before posting, I've seen this on most boards, maybe the SECr more than others, but it seems to be pretty common across all boards, to some degree.
And what's the difference between "flaming" & "trolling"?
