As soon as I made it in the house with my sandwich the sky bottoms out and it's raining like mad.

Here when they even remotely call for snow it's like everyone believes it's a damn apocalypse. Have to make the mad dash to get Bread, Milk and Eggs, every damn time.

I just shop once a week, so I skip out on that BS. If needed I have more than enough canned goods and non-perishable food stuffs to last a week if I happen to get snowed in. In the 9 years I've lived here it's never happened, but it's an old habit from living in Arkansas when the ice storms came in when I was a teen and we'd be locked in for 1-2 weeks.

I would've helped the lady up and if I was close to the offender I would've probally said something pretty offensive. One of those few things in life that make me go from being mellow to pissed in an instant.

I prefer physical altercations when comes to people mistreating the elderly or children...
