Time for the vet to disenherit his daughter from everything he can. Sounds like she's selling off his land because she has no money. When she runs through the house's purchase price, she'll be back in the poorhouse, with no inheritance left, hopefully.

unfortunately people will do really shitty things to those closest to them when money is involved in these kinds of situations. I can't imagine being so heartless as to evict my own dad just so I could profit at his expense.
