The fact that the guy recording this video didn't say anything or make any noise kinda pissed me off.

He was probably just stunned. I mean, what was there to say? It looked like he was alone in the SUV (sans the dog). Wasn't anything he could do...no one could survive that. It was odd that he was recording the whole thing to begin with though. Maybe the take-off looked odd

apparently the straps that were holding the cargo broke and everything shifted to the back of the plane.....nothing the crew could do. Crazy.

The planes down in Bagram AF perform "Tactical takeoffs" compared to the routine take offs where they utilize the length of the runway and are able to steadily increase altitude.
In the Tactical takeoff they aren't afforded the same amount of runway or gradual increase in speed/altitude due to the RPG/Small arm fire. They've gotta do almost a north south somewhat of a straight up and down take off so the shance of them being hit is less likely
Shitty that happened RIP

A lot of people have dash cams rolling all the time.

A lot of foreign countries have dashboard cameras to prove fault in an accident. Or so I believe. I know Russia does.

If there's one thing YouTube has taught me, it's that I never want to drive in Russia.

That was a total load shift but the pilot probably didn't react fast enough. If he had dropped the nose and leveled off he may have been able to save it. Still really sad poor pilots/crew
