Cubs getting whipped so letting backup position players pitch. Like all change ups.

Just threw his changeup about 20 mph

I also saw the Cardinals leadoff hitter, Carpenter, has 4runs/3homers/2doubles/7rbis.

Have a day son!

We did this in legion ball when I was playing. I twisted my ankle and couldn't put a lot of force on my plant foot. I was pretty much just lobbing it up there and the other team was in disbelief. Lasted about two innings before they started ripping my tits. The other team was laughing at their own teammates that struck out.

On May 15th he was hitting .140 He's now at .274 23 hr 51 rbis from the lead off spot,

He's killing the ball right now, he's farking enfuego. I quit on him, thought he was toast. All he would do is hit into the shift, time after time. Now he's f'in killing the ball.

Matt Carpenter was pulled before he could face any of the position players. With his 3 HRs and 2 doubles, he raised his slugging by .040. In late July he raised his slugging 40 points in one game. That's absurd.

I would have liked to see him stay in the game for another at bat. Crazy to think how awful he was 6 weeks ago too.

baseball can be unusual for some players. Even the best of them.

Im a braves fan and remember 5ish years ago when Dan Uggla went completely to shite and then decides to have a 33 game hit streak out of fricking nowhere.

I remember that wasn't his average still something comedically low like .210 even late in the streak?

He was terrible first month or two and was even benched. Now he’s raking. He’s on my fantasy team!
